1. Introduction
LMNO Institute (LMNO, “we”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy will set forth the information which we collect about you based on your interactions with us, and how we collect, use, share, maintain and protect such information. This policy also covers personal information which you voluntarily share with us. Your use of LMNO’s website and election of engagement with LMNO is governed by this policy. The term “information” as used in this policy includes name, address, email address, phone number, birth date, gender, social security number (i.e. for tax purposes for contractors), IP address, resume, “cookies” (see below), personal computing device and settings, internet browser, operating system, and/or other pieces of data which could lead to being able to identify a natural person.
Note that this policy does not cover information about your business or business affairs. Collection, use, and sharing of business information will be covered in written, signed, confidentiality agreements between LMNO and the business (client).
2. Information We Collect - Website Cookies
Our website, www.fischerlmc.com (“our website”) uses cookies. Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser that enables the website's systems to recognize your browser and to capture and remember certain information. Our website host, WIX.com, does use cookies.
Our website is required to collect, and share with WIX, “Essential Cookies” for security, verification of identity and network management. 3. Information We Collect - Non-Website
When interacting with LMNO we may request information which could lead to your personal identification. If we do, we will be sure to communicate what information we need, why we need it, and what we will do with it, before proceeding.
LMNO will not collect information about you from third parties except (1) where such information is made publicly available (e.g. phone books or directories (including electronic), linked-in, professional certifications, etc.), (2) from government or third-party services in furtherance of due diligence, counter-terrorism, and fraud detection and prevention, or (3) as directed by you in writing.
4. Information You Provide
When interacting with LMNO either on our website or in the course of an engagement, you may elect to provide us with your information which could lead to your personal identification. Such information is governed by this policy.
5. Use of Your Information
We may use your information to:

LMNO will not share your information with third parties except as outlined in this Policy without your prior written agreement.
LMNO may share your name and birth date (where applicable) with third party vendors or government agencies solely for purposes of employment or contracting, due diligence, counter-terrorism, and fraud detection and prevention.
LMNO may share your information as required by law or pursuant to legal processes, in order to comply with requests from a court, government officials, regulators, or law enforcement. LMNO may also share your information if LMNO believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent financial losses or bodily harm or injury, and we will use reasonable efforts to inform you of any such disclosure.
LMNO may transfer your information to a related entity so long as such entity is required to at a minimum follow the obligations of this policy with respect to your information.

7. Information Selling
LMNO will never sell your information. If you use our website, WIX also claims in their privacy policy that it does not sell your information they obtain from cookies to third parties. If you are a California resident, please contact us at brianne@lmnoproject.org to formally opt-out of information-selling per your statutory rights.
8. Information Storage & Security
Your information will be stored by LMNO electronically. LMNO will store your information locally as well as use third party services, including but not limited to Google.com and Box.com, which shall at a minimum maintain password protection and use industry-standard encryption (or better). LMNO will ensure that your information is securely stored with password protected access. LMNO will ensure that only those on a need-to-know basis have access to your information, and are required to follow the obligations set forth in this policy.
Please note, however, despite our efforts to protect the information provided by you, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and therefore unfortunately we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted via the internet. LMNO will never ask for credit card numbers through our website, and you should never provide LMNO with your credit card number.
If you are a resident of the European Union, please be aware that the information we collect from guests to our website will be transferred to, stored at, and processed at a destination outside the European Economic Area. By submitting your personal information to LMNO, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. LMNO will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely, and in accordance with this policy, your written requirements, and applicable law. For our website users, WIX is based in Israel, which is considered by the European Commission to be offering an adequate level of protection for the information of EU member state residents.
9. Accessing, Updating, and Deleting Your Information
Upon written request to brianne@lmnoproject.org, LMNO will share with you what pieces of information we hold about you and how we are using such information. Additionally, upon written request and proper authentication, we will provide you the opportunity to update your information and/or restrict our use of such information as you may desire. We can also transfer your information if you desire.
LMNO will delete the information we have about you upon written request to brianne@lmnoproject.org. If you request to delete your information from our website, such request will be made by LMNO to our hosting service, WIX, and information such as contact information, website activity, and any other information that is not anonymous will be deleted by WIX and LMNO. You will need to provide your IP address for LMNO and WIX to be able to complete this request. Please note that our services may be affected by any such requests.
LMNO will automatically delete your information when it no longer serves the purpose(s) for which it was collected.
LMNO may delete your information at any time at its sole discretion.
10. Non-Discrimination
LMNO does not discriminate against anyone wishing to exercise their rights under this privacy policy or any applicable law.
11. Privacy of Children
Please note that our website is not intended for anyone under the age of 18, due to the nature of the information we may collect and the need to get valid consent from such a person. Persons wishing to use our website who are under the age of 18 should do so with a parent or guardian.
12. Updates
The most recent version of this policy is stated in the header. LMNO may update this policy from time to time. You are encouraged to occasionally check back to the privacy policy for updates. Your continued use of our website will constitute acceptance of the then-current version of this policy.
